Founded in 2013 out of a lifelong passion for Muay Thai, Boxing, and Fitness, 8 LIMBS has grown into one of Australia’s premier striking and fitness training facilities. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and transform lives through a dynamic, fun, and safe training environment. 🥋 Muay Thai for Kids

Our Muay Thai Kids program caters to children aged 4-14, split into two age groups (4-7 and 8-14). Kids learn the foundations of traditional Muay Thai in a safe and controlled environment. Alongside basic defence, striking, and combinations, students develop discipline, respect, focus, and fitness. These classes are not only a fantastic cardio workout but also an opportunity for children to build confidence and self-esteem through martial arts.

🔥 Boxing for All Levels

Our Boxing classes are designed for everyone—from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Students learn striking techniques, combinations, footwork, defence, and ring craft, all while improving fitness through high-energy partner and bag work. These classes focus on skill development, coordination, and confidence, making them ideal for both personal growth and physical wellbeing.
