What do we do?

Dynamic Self Defence – Confidence, Discipline & Strength for All Ages

For over 15 years, Dynamic Self Defence has been helping families build confidence, discipline, and resilience through the Korean martial art of Hapkido. Known as the first style of mixed martial arts for self‑defence, Hapkido blends mental focus with practical techniques, making it suitable for all ages and abilities.

🦅 Hawks Program (Ages 3–8)

Our youngest students get active while learning discipline, respect, and focus. Classes are fun, energetic, and designed to build strong foundations in both behaviour and movement.

🦉 Falcons Program (Ages 9–12)

Falcons develop confidence and self‑esteem while learning practical self‑defence skills. These sessions encourage respect, concentration, and resilience—skills that carry through to home and school.

💪 Adults Program (13+ Years)

Teens and adults train in a supportive environment that builds fitness, strength, and mental discipline. Classes focus on practical self‑defence while improving health, flexibility, and stress relief.

🌟 Why Hapkido?

Hapkido is unique because it integrates hand strikes, kicks, locks, throws, weapons, and internal development such as meditation and breathing. It’s a complete system of self‑defence that anyone can learn, regardless of age, size, or fitness level.

💖 Why Families Love Us

Parents appreciate that our classes go beyond martial arts moves—they nurture confidence, focus, and respect while keeping kids active and engaged. Adults enjoy the fitness benefits and stress relief, while families value being part of a welcoming, supportive community.

✨ Dynamic Self Defence: Building strong minds, strong bodies, and strong families.
